Fees and Services

Individual counselling is for all ages including children and young people. 

Individual Counselling is completely about you. You can come into this space with any issues or hardship which you are facing. Be it depression, anxiety, loss, anger and rage, heart break, family conflict, relationship breakdown,  stress, substance abuse or separation. Whatever you are currently dealing with can be brought into this space for the purpose of healing and understanding. 

Through my own unique healing journey I offer you a different type of counselling service which focuses on your soul. My intention is to help you heal the root cause of your suffering and not just the problem at the forefront. I will offer you support and guidance to help you along your journey of healing. 

When I am with a client I assess them holistically with a specific focus on their soul, spirit and energy body. I combine the knowledge of energy and spirituality to gain a deeper insight into what is actually happening within you. I will teach you how to listen to your heart and understand your emotions so you can feel more in control of your life. 

Initial Session - 90 Minutes: $150

 Ongoing Sessions - 60 Minutes: $120

Couples counselling is designed to work with both of you together and also individually. This is to help both of you to work on your own traumas and wounds then bringing you together to heal hand in hand. With individual healing comes better relationships so i combine both in working on your relationship with you. 

Through my professional career I have worked a lot with couples and found a lot of the time the communication has broken down. It is not only you, but rather many couples who struggle with this. 

Communication is vital for any relationship. The barrier to this is not knowing how to communicate, not knowing how to articulate our thoughts and feelings to one another and just feeling uncomfortable with being vulnerable. 

I will help you both to first reconnect to your own hearts and guide you to better understand your inner world so you can then reconnect to each other from your heart spaces. 

Love is the most precious and valuable energy on this Earth. As long as there is love between the two of you, you will find your way back to each other. 

Initial Session - 90 Minutes: $180

Ongoing Sessions - 60 Minutes: $150

Angel Card Readings are a gentle loving way to receive guidance on things that arise in your life or which are significant in your life journey. 

Angel Card Readings offer messages from our divine source around things that occur in our life which we may not know how to navigate. 

These Angel Cards are not linked to any religious beliefs or denomination and are not Tarot cards. They do not predict the future nor advise you who you will marry.

These cards simply bring you guidance on your life and soul journey. They help to explain the energy surrounding the situation and will grow your awareness around your own being and energy body. 

They can help to show you where your blocks are and what you need to work on in your life and in yourself in order to bring about the desire outcome you hold. 

You can bring any question you may have to an Angel Card Reading and these sessions can help with developing a deeper understanding to why you are feeling what you are feeling. 

Angel Card Reading Session 

45-60 minutes: $40

It is my belief that the counselling relationship between the Counsellor and the Client is the main healing tool when seeking counselling. It is for this reason that it matters the most how well you and I connect. 

I will always advise you if I feel we are not a good fit and give you follow on options. I do not want to waste your time and I do not want you to have a negative experience of Counselling. 

I am offering a free 15 minute phone consultation to give us the opportunity to have a chat and allow me to decide if I can help you. If we connect well then we can go ahead and book in your first session. 

Online Counselling can be applied to individual and couples counselling. They will operate and run the same however they will be in the comfort of your space rather than the comfort of my space. 

An important part of counselling is that you are comfortable. Sessions will occur on either Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp or Viber depending on your preference. Online counselling can be a more flexible and comfortable option for some people. 

My online counselling sessions are available world wide. You do not need to live in Australia to work with me. 

 All fees for online sessions are the same as face to face sessions 

Unfortunately i do not offer medicare rebates on my fees. This means you do not need a GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) in order to commence sessions with me. You need only contact me and we will book in your first session with no wait list. 

Fees for special circumstances are reduced and will be discussed on an individual basis. Considerations are given for financial hardship, concession card holders and pensioners. 

It is important to me that money is not a barrier to your healing.
